Mr. Christopher Sable is a has over 18 years experience in various aspects of project and construction management, CPM schedule development and implementation, construction project auditing, construction claims analysis, and arbitration and litigation support.  His qualifications include preparation and updating of CPM schedules, claims and change order analyses and resolution, document control and field supervision, subcontractor scope development and monitoring, productivity analysis, cost estimating.  This diverse expertise has been obtained through involvement on numerous project types, including: petroleum refinery, semi-submersible oil platform, tank farm, natural gas floating platform, combined cycle power plants; cement storage facilities, processing plants, and terminals; schools, apartments, museums, and commercial buildings; and roadways and bridges.

Mr. Sable has analyzed claims involving disputed change orders, schedule delay, acceleration, time  extensions, liquidated damages, loss of productivity, defective specifications, procurement problems and deficient project management performance.

Mr. Cheek is a Construction Consultant with over 28 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction, and he is an expert in the evaluation of construction cost claims, schedule impact delay analysis, arbitration/mediation support and dispute resolution. He has been involved with numerous commercial, institutional, and industrial projects in the U.S.A. and internationally.

Mr. Cheek’s claims and litigation support services include testimony in arbitration and mediation and assisting corporations, municipalities, developers, contractors, and insurers. His involvement has included petrochemical, wharf, wastewater, power, government, resort, hospitality, educational, condominium, retail, medical, and industrial projects. He has prepared more than twenty cost estimate analyses, written expert report supplements and evaluations, and supported attorneys in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

Mr. Cheek has claim-related experience in analyses of cost (estimated, bid, and actual), schedule (delay and acceleration), and disruption (labor inefficiency and productivity) for a variety of projects. His extensive experience in contract negotiaions, project management (project documentation and controls), predevelopment (team member selection, site selection, masterplanning, and program planning), preconstruction (estimating, scheduling, and cost engineering), and field operation management is utilized to the benefit of clients on both dispute-related assignments and on project management consulting engagements.

Mr. Timothy Sable has over 9 years professional experience in public accounting, financial consulting, and insurance underwriters.  His qualifications include Interim Controller for a transportation company, performed conflict resolution between insurance underwriters and client brokers, provided quarterly and year-end financial reporting for the government, aviation brokers and reinsurers, managed numerous, substantial accounts, varying in size from $3 thousand to $750 million in premiums and manage monthly financials of Vail Resorts’ joint venture entities.
